Sibetor is not much of a happy place as it is in the middle of all the industrial. This mostly can be called the 'quarantine zone'. Here the Neogena's are locked up when they are used for experiments to have them protected from any influence from the outside, which mostly means they are just not able to escape. This is a separated building with different rooms for the subjects to be locked in, simply could be described as prisons.

A modern, big city with a high population which is located west at the sea. It has streets with high buildings surrounding them without much nature in it. However south of the city a park is made.
