The Greatest Festival Of The Year!
"Er, how annoying, the scientist will never get the chance to study on these darn Neogena's." Shouted a man wearing a black and white tuxedo. The man had wore dark shaded sunglasses, and he had black colored hair. His skin was pretty pale, and his voice was very scruffy. The ma pasted from left to right on the open dark polished wooden floors. He had been inside of a room which looked like a meeting hall, however it was as comfortable as a living room. The room had three large leather black couches that was pasted nearby a wall. A lit fireplace had been right across the room. "We are the Government, we could always send out the agents to find'em." said another man in a tuxedo, who also wore black shaded sunglasses, however, he skin wasn't very pale, and he had blond hair, which was shaved down. This made had been sitting on one of the beautiful leather couches, watching the other paste. "It's not that simple!" The other man shouted with aggravation. "We can't just send out agents and hope they catch one." The man with the blond hair noticed a white cat, which had jumped onto his lap. He pet the cat slowly before speaking. "Would if there were some type of festival?" The man with the black hair paused for a moment from his pasting, before heading toward a black chair, which had been near one of the couches. "Yes yes, they are bond to go there when there's a festival. We could have our Agents in hiding, and even the Scientist. A perfect event!" The mans words ended with laughter, as the other man who was petting the cat agreed. "It would be 'The Greatest Festival Of The Year" "That's what it'll be called! Send the message out to the Agents and Scientists. This event will be big."

A Festival? What?! This is unreal! Sense when?! A festival hasn't happened in so long, ever sense the virus had spread. Everyone is allowed to be in this festival! There will be; Clowns, Jesters, Dancers, Music, Shows, and even games! Come come now, join The Greatest Festival Of The Year! Every single thing is invited.
